Je viens de recevoir une réponse négative :
Hello <my real name>,
I’m writing to you regarding your open source license request.
I have to inform you that the rules of our OS Program have changed since last year. If there is a company or an organization (NGO, educational, research or governmental) behind the OS project or if the project receives sponsorship or provides paid services, we can no longer issue them free licenses. Contributors who are paid to work on the project are not eligible for support.
As your project is backed by the Zeste De Savoir non-profit association and offers paid membership, we wouldn’t be able to support it with free OS licenses, I’m afraid.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
Kind Regards,

Pour information, voici ce que j’avais écrit dans le champ "Project description" du formulaire Open Source License Request :
Hello,
My real name is <my real name> but as an open-source project’s developer I use the pseudonym Situphen. I have been contributing to the open-source project named Zeste de Savoir since September 2014 and I am now one of the core contributors of this project.
What is the goal of the project? Our goal is to develop and maintain the source code of a website where users can write versionned tutorials, articles, opinions and discuss with others users in a forum.
The main repository is called zds-site
(https://github.com/zestedesavoir/zds-site) and contains HTML, SCSS, JS and Python code (with the framework Django) to run the website. We also have :
- our own Markdown JS parser called
zmarkdown
(https://github.com/zestedesavoir/zmarkdown) which allows us to translate our personalised Markdown to HTML or LaTeX code ;
- an offline Java editor called
Zest-Writer
(https://github.com/firm1/zest-writer) which allows our users to write edit their content without Internet connectivity and easily uploading the modifications afterwards.
- browser extensions to notify the website notifications.
Our project is currently used for the website Zeste de Savoir (https://zestedesavoir.com) which is dedicated to knowledge sharing and has a community of more than 10k users. There is also the non-profit organisation Zeste de Savoir created to pay for the website’s hosting and guarantee that the website will stay free to use and without advertising.
The technical project, the website and the non-profit organisation have the same name but work independently from the each others.
We, the contributors to the technical project, are not getting paid for the work we do on our free time. All the code we write for this project his under an open-license and therefore can be used by anyone. Even though the project is today only used by the Zeste de Savoir’s website, it is with great pleasure that we would help anyone wanting to fork our project!
It would be a great help for our project if we could use Pycharm (for Python) and IntelliJ (for Java) with an Open Source License.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message,
<my real name>
